LotteryKadai : Shop Management

LotteryKadai is the ultimate book-keeping app and daily counter companion designed exclusively for licensed Kerala lottery agents. From the morning stock arrival to the 3:00 PM result rush and the night-time account settlement, Lottery Kadai keeps your entire shop's finances in order on your phone. Unlike basic inventory apps, LotteryKadai is built around how a real Kerala lottery agency operates. Whether you need a ticket scanner, a smart ledger, or a reliable digital mithra (companion) for your shop staff, this app gives you complete control over your business in both English and മലയാളം. WHY CHOOSE LOTTERYKADAI? • Advanced Stock Management: Add books, full sets, line sets, or loose singles instantly using the smart camera scanner. The app understands Kerala's unique counting system and tracks what is sold versus what is left. • Customer Accounts & Dues: Stop losing track of credit sales. Link short payments directly to your phone contacts. The pending amount follows the customer, and a simple "Collect" button settles the ledger when they pay you back. • Distributor Ledgers: Track wholesale rates and commissions per prize rank. Every stock addition updates your dues, and every payment brings it down. • Auto-Matched Winnings & Commission: At 3:00 PM, the official result is matched against your exact stock (both sold and unsold). Winning tickets turn gold, commission is auto-calculated, and you know what won before the customer walks in. • WhatsApp-Ready Result Sheets: Generate beautiful, branded prize lists (PDF or image) with your agency name and phone number. Share them directly to your WhatsApp groups the minute results drop. • Secure Staff Controls: Invite helpers via their mobile numbers and tick exactly what they can see. Let them scan and sell tickets without ever showing them your total money, winnings, or shop accounts. EVERYDAY FEATURES: Fast Barcode Scanner: Sell singles, quarters, halves, or full books in seconds. Undo accidental scans instantly. Check Any Number: Walk-in customer? Scan their ticket against the official publication to verify prize rank, even if they didn't buy it from you. Detailed Reports: View collections, purchases, commissions, payouts, and expenses for the day, week, or month in one net figure. Offline Reliability: No internet? You can still view your loaded screens and past records. Multi-Shop Support: Manage multiple branches? Use one mobile number to seamlessly switch between different shop accounts. Start your 30-day Free Trial today with zero limitations, no credit card required, and no automatic renewals. See for yourself why LotteryKadai is the only agency manager you will ever need. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: LotteryKadai is strictly a book-keeping and shop management tool for licensed agents. It does not sell lottery tickets to the public, take bets, run a lottery, or handle real prize money online. Tickets are bought and sold at your physical counter, exactly as before. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Kerala State Lotteries Department or the Government of Kerala. Results displayed are read from official publications for the agent's convenience. The Government Gazette remains the sole authority. Always verify winning tickets against the official Gazette before paying out any cash prizes.
