BeerFund

BeerFund Every club has a fines system. Most of them live in someone's head, a notes app, or a whiteboard that got wiped. BeerFund writes it down properly — who was fined, what for, who dobbed them in, and whether it stuck. DOB IN A TEAMMATE Saw a dropped sitter at mid-on? File a charge from your phone in seconds: pick the player, pick the offence from your club's price list, add the particulars and a photo as evidence. Match-day offences are tied to the fixture they happened in. THE COURT RULES Every charge goes to the docket. The accused can file a defence, and disputed matters go first. The court rules GUILTY or DISMISSED — and a thrown-out accusation can cost the accuser what it would have cost the accused. Choose your charges carefully. THE LEDGER The club's feed of every fine, ruling and refund, newest first. See the whole club or just your own record. MY TAB What you owe, what you've paid, and your rap sheet for the season. The treasurer marks fines as paid when you settle up, so the tab always matches the tin. MATCHES AND AVAILABILITY Season fixtures, grounds and who's on beer duty. Tell the captain whether you're in, out or happy to sit out, and see who played and what each match raised. THE STATISTICS The season leaderboard, a running total round by round, offences ranked by money taken, and a player-by-offence matrix. Look back at closed seasons too. RUN BY THE COMMITTEE Admins set the price list — fines and refunds for fifties and five-fors alike — manage the roster, approve members, run seasons and fixtures, and choose which notifications the club sends. JOIN IN SECONDS Sign in with Apple, Google or a code by email — no passwords. Enter your club's invite code, pick your name off the roster, and you're in. NO MONEY CHANGES HANDS IN THE APP BeerFund keeps the record; settling up still happens at the pub. There are no payments, no ads and no tracking. BeerFund is for adults. Each club's data is private to its members.
