Loop Logics Live

The field app for Loop Logics teams on site The Loop Logics field user app puts your schedule, jobs and paperwork in your pocket — built for the people doing the work on insurance restoration and construction sites across Australia and New Zealand. Requires an existing Loop Logics account. Run the job from the job Your schedule, job details, forms, photos, notes and timesheets travel with you. The app keeps working when the site doesn't have signal, then syncs everything the moment you reconnect — so a day in a basement or a regional job never costs you a day of paperwork. Users can pre-emptively switch on “offline mode” in the settings. Everything carried through from the office Claim reference, scope locations and cost centres are already on the job when you open it, pulled straight from Loop Logics — no re-keying, no separate system. The app shows you the job exactly as the office has it, updated live. What you can do in the field See your week at a glance — confirmed and tentative appointments, updated live from the office Open full job detail on site, including client instructions and job status Capture site photos straight onto the job file Log hours against the job and trade, so job costing stays accurate Leave notes, comment and mention teammates to keep office and field aligned Navigate to site in one tap What it replaces The spreadsheet tracking jobs. The shared inbox holding client history. The camera roll full of untagged site photos. The paper timesheets someone re-types on Friday. Who it's for Site teams, estimators, project managers and trade contractors who need the day's job details on hand. Quoting, estimating, trade allocation and financial control stay in the full Loop Logics platform back at the office. A Loop Logics account is required This app is a companion for existing Loop Logics customers. You'll need an active Loop Logics account, set up by your organisation, to sign in and use it. It's not a standalone product. Visit looplogics.com to learn about the full platform.
