Full description

Load Navigator is the professional platform built for oversized and overweight load transportation replacing paper trip sheets, scattered tools, and manual permit checks with one streamlined mobile app. SCAN & DIGITIZE PERMITS Point your camera at any trip sheet or permit document. Load Navigator extracts route data, waypoints, restrictions, and permit conditions automatically using AI — no manual entry required. TURN-BY-TURN NAVIGATION Start navigation and follow your permitted route in real time. Your position updates as you move, passed segments gray out, and the route stays locked to your permit path. DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT Store permits, licenses, and credentials securely in the app. Set expiry dates and get reminders before documents expires. FIND PILOT CARS Search the pilot car directory by city. See how far each operator is from your location, call or text directly from the app, and coordinate escorts without the back-and-forth. FLEET MANAGEMENT Fleet owners can invite drivers and pilot car operators under one company account. Manage your team, control billing per seat, and keep everyone connected under one roof. TRAFFIC & ROAD ALERTS Get real-time alerts along your active route. Know about incidents, closures, and slowdowns before you reach them. TRUCK STOPS ALONG YOUR ROUTE Find diesel, parking, rest areas, repair shops, and truck washes along your route filtered by what you need, shown on the map as you drive. BUILT FOR THE PROFESSIONALS WHO MOVE AMERICA'S BIGGEST LOADS Load Navigator is purpose-built for the oversized load industry for truckers, pilot car operators, and fleet owners who need precision, compliance, and reliability on every run. Note: Routes and permit data are for planning assistance only. Always verify against your original permit documents before operating.
