We built BeanRun because that part — the small acts of generosity, the brief connection — matters. It's what threads a workplace, a friendship, a community group together. So we made the coordination invisible. The rest is up to you. TWO WAYS TO START OFFER — You're heading out and don't mind grabbing for the group. Volunteer for the run, pick a cafe, and the group fills in their orders. ASK — You'd love a coffee but you're not heading out. Send a quick request to the group; whoever's already making the trip can pick yours up along with theirs. Either way, everyone pays for their own through the app. No cash, no IOUs, no maths. HOW IT WORKS 1. Someone starts the run — either by offering, or by asking the group for help. 2. Everyone adds their order through the app, with their usual customisations, and pays via Stripe. 3. The cafe has all orders waiting. The runner picks them up. Coffee arrives, together. No notepad. No cash. No chasing the one person who never pays you back.
