Little Steps

Little Steps is a complete nursery and childcare management platform built for nursery owners, managers, teachers, and parents. Designed for the day-to-day realities of running a childcare center, Little Steps brings your entire operation into one place — so your staff can focus on the children, not the paperwork. FOR NURSERY STAFF & MANAGEMENT • Children & Families — Maintain detailed child profiles, guardian contacts, enrollment records, and classroom assignments. Track allergy and medical notes where they're needed most. • Attendance — Check children in and out quickly. Get a clear view of who is present, absent, or late across all classrooms. • Daily Reports — Send parents a daily summary of their child's mood, meals, activities, and highlights — straight from the classroom. • Classrooms & Teachers — Organize your team by classroom, manage teacher assignments, and keep your workspace structured as you grow. • Billing & Invoicing — Create invoices, assign fee plans to children, log payments, and track outstanding balances per family. • Communications — Send announcements to all families, a specific classroom, or individual families. Message parents directly through the parent portal. FOR PARENTS • Stay connected with your child's nursery through the parent portal — view daily reports, read announcements, check billing statements, and message staff directly. BUILT FOR BILINGUAL TEAMS Little Steps supports both Arabic and English, making it the right fit for nurseries serving Arabic-speaking families and multilingual staff. SECURE & WORKSPACE-SCOPED Every nursery runs in its own isolated workspace. Role-based access controls ensure staff only see what they need to. All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS. Little Steps is built for nurseries that want a professional, reliable tool — not a generic solution.
