How to Use Personal Account • Register and log in using your personal account, then scan the device QR code to view real‑time data and operating status of your bound batteries. Company Account • Log in with your company account, which is issued upon application to LS, scan device QR codes to view battery data. • Use the Product List to search and view all battery devices under your company for unified, at‑a‑glance management. Help and Support • Both personal and company accounts can open the Help page for online real‑time support and after‑sales guidance. Key Features Real‑Time Monitoring at a Glance • Dynamically track total battery voltage, individual cell voltages, current, SOC (State of Charge), and temperature distribution. • Dashboard‑style data presentation shows clear charge and discharge status at a glance. Battery Operating Data History • Full‑lifecycle data is automatically archived, removing the need for manual record‑keeping. • Timeline playback lets you review key parameter changes including voltage, current and temperature. • Locate the exact time when anomalies first appear to support rapid root‑cause identification.
