MANDATORY SPKA RULING & ACT SPKA (Sistem Pemantauan Kebakaran Automatik) is a mandatory system under the (Akta Perkhidmatan Bomba 1988 (Akta 341) dan Perintah Perkhidmatan Bomba (Premis Ditetapkan) 1998 [P.U.(A) 276/1998] functions as a direct communication channel to JBPM for rapid emergency response and is required CCC, FC (Fire Certificate) or OP (Occupation Permit). Summary for SPKA Implementation 1. If the Master Agreement between the Government and the SPKA company ends, all existing customer agreements will automatically terminate. (Automatic Contract Termination) 2. Installation process and Pricing regulated by the Government of Malaysia 3. Official Complaints and Communications Channel via KPKTHub 4. Legally Valid Data for Forensic Purposes. Data recorded by the SPKA system can be used as valid evidence for forensic investigations and insurance claims ensuring peace of mind. 5.
