Listrano puts a real estate agent and their clients in one app. The agent runs leads, deals and follow-ups from the phone. The clients the agent invites search homes, save favorites and stay in touch with their agent. Who can use Listrano Listrano is for real estate agents with a Listrano account and for the clients they invite. There is no open sign-up in the app. Agents sign in with their Listrano account, and clients join with the invitation link or code their agent sends. Available features depend on the agent's Listrano account. FOR AGENTS • Today: see overdue tasks, what is due today, new leads and showing requests waiting for an answer. • Contacts and leads: add and edit contacts, note e-mail and listing-alert consent, and call, text or e-mail a contact in one tap. • Pipeline: move buyer, seller, renter and investor opportunities through your stages, log calls, texts, e-mails, meetings and notes, and set the next action. • Tasks and reminders: create follow-up tasks for a deal and get a reminder when they are due. • Clients: invite a contact to the app with a link or a 6-character code, then see the homes they save, the listings they view and their saved searches. • Showing requests: confirm a time, propose another or decline, with a note for your client. • Messages: a one-to-one conversation with each client, with photos and PDFs. • Listings: search your own listings and, where your MLS board's IDX feed is enabled, MLS listings, then share a listing link. • Notifications: push notifications for new leads, client messages, showing requests and due tasks, with settings for which ones you get. FOR INVITED CLIENTS • Search homes: your agent's listings and, where your agent's MLS board allows it, MLS listings in your area, with photos, property details and location. • Saved homes: save favorites and add private notes. • Saved searches: get alerts instantly, daily or weekly when new homes match, or pause them at any time. • Showings: request a showing by choosing up to three times that suit you. Your agent confirms one or suggests another. • Messages: message your agent directly and send photos and PDFs. • Your home journey: follow the steps, appointments and document requests your agent shares, tick off your tasks and leave comments. • Your agent: call, text or e-mail your agent from their card. Your agent can see the homes you save, the listings you view and your saved searches, so they can help you find the right home. About listing data MLS listings come from the agent's MLS board through its IDX feed. They are shown under the board's display rules, with the listing brokerage's attribution.
