Unheard turns a book into a full-cast audiobook. Not one narrator reading every part. Unheard finds each character in the text and gives them their own voice, so dialogue sounds like a conversation instead of a recital. HOW IT WORKS Bring a book. Drop in an EPUB or a plain-text file — public domain, or anything else you legally own. Cast the voices. Unheard lists every character it finds. You choose a voice for each: 28 ready-made Studio narrators for most of the cast, or richer Signature voices for the parts that carry the book. Press play. Chapters are rendered one at a time, so the opening chapter is ready to hear long before the last one is finished. LISTENING • Read along with the text as it plays, word by word • Download chapters and listen offline • Lock-screen and notification controls, with playback continuing in the background • Picks up where you left off, on any device signed in to your account ABOUT THE VOICES Every voice in Unheard is synthesized. No human narrator recorded your book. Voices are chosen from a curated library — there is no voice cloning, and you cannot upload a recording of someone's voice. ABOUT YOUR BOOKS You bring the text. Unheard asks you to confirm you hold the rights to it. What you upload stays in your own library; it is not shared or published. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings at any time.
