Gahmbit

Gahmbit is the free company town square for OKRs. Keep your tools. Share your commitments. Every authenticated member of your organization can see every objective and key result — with no private walls and no seat tax. WHY GAHMBIT Most OKR tools either hide strategy behind manager-only walls or charge for basic transparency. Gahmbit is built for radical transparency: pledges stay company-visible, and Missing coverage stays loud so the company can fix it. FREE FOREVER (NO CREDIT CARD) • Organization create and invites • People directory with Has / Missing / Draft / Pending coverage • Cycles, periods, and update cadence • Objectives and key results (company, team, and individual) • Cascading alignment with an honest Unaligned signal • Check-ins, progress timelines, and comments • Company activity feed • Vision & Mission, meeting mode, and cycle retrospectives • Separate committed vs aspirational scoring (never one blended score) • North-Star KPIs beside your OKRs • First-cycle checklist and OKR constitution • CSV and ChartHop people sync OPTIONAL PREPAID AI AI is optional. Enabling Agents or Slack does not require a subscription. Only inference burns prepaid organization credits purchased on the web. The free OKR core works with a zero balance. TRUST Each organization gets its own dedicated database for people, cycles, OKRs, check-ins, and comments. Accounts and billing live on a separate control plane. Optional AI uses private open-source models and does not train on your OKR text. Gahmbit is for companies that want shared commitments in the open — not another work OS to migrate into.
