LikeWise Merchant

Likewise Merchant is the official partner app for businesses on Likewise PH (Likewise, Likewise.ph)—the Philippine marketplace where customers order food, groceries, wellness items, and everyday essentials for delivery or pickup. If you operate a restaurant, café, bakery, grocery, pharmacy, sari-sari store, or any storefront listed on Likewise, this app is how you run day-to-day order operations from your phone or tablet. WHY MERCHANTS CHOOSE LIKEWISE MERCHANT • Instant alerts when a new order is placed • Clear order lists: ongoing, completed, and cancelled • Fast accept → preparing → ready workflow aligned with the customer app • Live chat on each order so you can answer questions without phone tag • Pickup and delivery orders shown clearly for your staff • Store location tools so customers and riders find you accurately • Built for the Likewise platform used across Likewise PH ORDER MANAGEMENT MADE SIMPLE When a customer checks out on Likewise Customer, your team sees the order in Likewise Merchant. Review line items, quantities, prices, payment method, and special instructions before you accept. Update status as kitchen or staff progress—customers see the same milestones in their app, which reduces “where is my order?” messages. The orders experience supports quick refresh and reliable sync so busy lunch and dinner rushes are easier to handle. Focus on cooking and packing; let the app keep the queue organized. LIVE ORDER CHAT Every active order can have a conversation thread. Use chat to confirm substitutions, clarify delivery landmarks, or tell a customer their pickup is ready. Messages stay tied to the order for context—better than scattered SMS or messenger threads. PICKUP OR DELIVERY Customers choose fulfillment at checkout. Delivery orders are fulfilled with Likewise delivery partners when available. Pickup orders are marked for handoff at your store. The app labels each order so counter staff and kitchen staff always know the next step. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Turn on notifications to catch new orders even when you are not staring at the screen. Likewise Merchant uses Firebase Cloud Messaging in line with the Likewise platform notification design. You can focus on in-store work and still respond quickly when volume spikes. STORE & LOCATION Keep your storefront pin and address accurate so maps, ETAs, and rider handoffs work smoothly. Location updates help customers discover your store on Likewise.ph and help logistics run safely in your area.
