Trickster Edge

Trickster Edge turns chaotic hangboard sessions into precise, repeatable edge protocols. Built for rock climbers, campus gym regulars, and home-board athletes who need exact hang and rest timing—not a kitchen timer guess. Cold start opens a fullscreen hang and rest phase timer with a giant phase readout. Pick a seeded or custom protocol, lock edge millimeters and added load, then execute set ladders with one-thumb Advance, Skip, and Undo. FULLSCREEN PHASE TIMER Oversized hang/rest capsule with clear color shift—amber for hang, teal for rest—so you always know the phase mid-set. One-thumb controls keep your other hand free on the board. EDGE DEPTH AND HOLD CHIPS Lock 20mm, 15mm, 10mm, jug, sloper, or two-finger pocket per session. Added-load chips (kg or lb bodyweight offset) stay on the live HUD without opening a notes form. PROTOCOL LADDER ENGINE Configure sets × reps, hang seconds, rep rest, and set rest with auto-advance between phases. The seeded library includes classic 7/3 repeaters, max-hang pyramids, density blocks, and no-hang prep—every entry is an editable copy you can tune to your board. COMPLIANCE AND FEEDBACK Compliance rings on the timer HUD show completed hangs versus planned reps in the current set. Optional phase chimes and strong haptics keep you honest; silent gym mode respects shared training spaces via a simple preference. OFFLINE HISTORY AND WIDGET Local session history stores protocol name, edge, load, duration, and completion ratio—no account required. A glance widget surfaces your next pinned protocol and last-session completion snapshot. Quick-start from the timer opens last-used and favorite protocols without a marketing carousel. Offline-first coaching built for the board, not a generic workout log. Run real hang and rest protocols with exact edge depths and repeatable structure every session.
