1. When a real estate agent calls a prospective lead directly through the app, the app needs READ_CALL_LOG permission to verify call completion, capture call duration, and record exact timestamps. 2. This call history is automatically mapped to the specific lead's CRM profile, enabling real estate managers to verify lead contact attempts, track agent responsiveness, and ensure proper sales follow-ups. 3. Without READ_CALL_LOG permission, agents would have to manually input call durations and timestamps for dozens of daily calls, leading to data loss, inaccurate CRM reporting, and broken follow-up schedules. Data Safety & Privacy Assurance: - Data is securely transmitted to our backend CRM server and is never sold or shared with external third parties. - Background tracking is not performed without user consent.
