Lifes Hurdle

Lifes Hurdle is the app for Lifes Hurdle coaching clients. Everything your coach has planned for you lives here, so you always know what to do today and can see how far you've come. TODAY, AT A GLANCE See your calories, protein and steps for the day, your next workout and when your next check-in is due. Swipe through past weeks to look back on any day. WORKOUTS THAT GUIDE YOU Your programme is laid out session by session with a demo video for every exercise. Log your sets and weights as you go, use the built-in rest timer, and finish with a summary of what you lifted (and which animal it adds up to). NUTRITION MADE SIMPLE Search a huge food database, scan barcodes, save favourites and build your own recipes. Track calories, protein and fibre against the targets your coach sets, and see your weekly averages. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Weigh-ins, body measurements and progress photos with side-by-side comparison. Steps can sync automatically from Health Connect. CHECK-INS AND MESSAGES Complete your scheduled check-in in the app, get your coach's reply, and message your coach directly whenever you need to. COMMUNITY AND LEARNING Share wins and questions with other clients, join live sessions, and work through the Lifes Hurdle learning library at your own pace. ABOUT ACCESS Lifes Hurdle is for clients of Lifes Hurdle coaching. Your coach creates your account and sends your login; there is nothing to buy in the app. Not a client yet? Visit lifeshurdle.com/8week. Health Connect: with your permission the app reads your daily step count so it appears in your log without typing. You can turn this off at any time in Health Connect settings.
