Full description
Something happened at Glimmerkeep. The gate of the old castle is barred from the inside, the market is under a decade of ivy, and the forge has been cold a long time. Nobody left in a hurry. Nobody came back. You did. MERGE TO REBUILD Drag two of a thing together and get a better thing. Timber becomes beams, beams become frames, frames become the shape of a house. Twenty-six merge chains run eleven tiers deep, and the board is where all of it starts - generators you place, charge and level up, feeding a workbench that never quite has enough room. RESTORE THE CASTLE, DISTRICT BY DISTRICT This is the part other merge games leave out. What you make on the board is spent on the keep itself. Each district takes twelve visible steps to restore - clear the rubble, rehang the gates, light the forge - and every one of them changes what you are looking at. Finish the last step and the district stands restored, for good. Twenty-four districts across four acts: - Act I, The Keep Awakens: the gatehouse, the market row, the orchard, the forge, the great hall and the weaving hall. - Act II, The Outer Ward: the stables, the mill, the river wharf, the garrison, the rangers' lodge and the old crossing. - Act III, The Deep Wood: the wardens' camp, the charcoal clearing, the standing stones, the lantern walk, the hollow oak and the Glimmerwell. - Act IV, The Crown: the bell tower, the queen's chapel, the counting house, the star tower, the throne hall and the crown tower, restored by night. A KEEP WITH PEOPLE IN IT Wren, the young steward who sent for you and will not say who told her to. Halvard, a master mason who has seen this stonework before. Brann at the forge. Rook on the gate, who keeps looking at the marks on the inside of the bar. They talk as the work goes on. The story is not decoration - it is the reason the keep was empty, and by the end of Act IV you will know who let the crown's rider in. ALSO IN THE KEEP - Orders to fill and deliveries to run - Chests that take their time and are worth the wait - A skill tree, daily rewards and a seven-day streak - A weekly leaderboard, if you want one - Cloud save across devices, or play as a guest and stay offline - Progress that keeps ticking while you are away A COZY MERGE PUZZLE, NOT A TREADMILL Glimmerkeep is free to play. It has optional rewarded ads you choose to watch and optional in-app purchases. There are no forced adverts, no banners, and nothing you can buy that you cannot also earn. Acts I to IV are complete and playable start to finish. Act V, The King's Road, is in development.

What's new

A fresh start for every keep. This update resets all progress once, so everyone begins the restored story and the new district art from the gate. Purchases and your keep's name are kept. Also fixed: the Keep view showed your keystones twice.
