We kindly ask you to be in front of your vehicle once the call is placed. IVECO TECH PAL application is usable on: Android mobile phones and tablets with an Android version > 6.0 iOS mobile phones and tablets with an iOS version > 12 Windows mobile phones and tablets with a Windows version > Windows 10 Augmented Reality headsets such as Hololens 2, Realwear HTM-1 / Navigator 500, Librestream Cube IVECO TECH PAL application enables you to: - Show via video the technical issue encountered on your IVECO vehicle. - Take high-definition pictures of the issue, even with a very low internet bandwidth available. - Be understood in the language of your choice through a live-translation feature available in 29 languages. - Be guided precisely with Augmented Reality indications through your operation. - Invite up to 20 participants of your choice to join your call. - Register videos - Share your screen - Work with hands-free
