Full description

Let’s Get Support is a private daily companion for people who are carrying a lot — partners, parents, siblings, and friends. It is not medical care. It does not replace professional help. It is a quiet place to check in on yourself, keep one personal line, and find local services when you need them. Your notes stay on this phone. No account is required for the core tools. ✨ WHAT YOU CAN DO 🌤️ Check in each day — Overwhelmed, Anxious, Neutral, Hopeful, or Grateful 📏 Keep one personal line — and mark if you held it 🌬️ Wind-down with a short breathing exercise at night 📓 Journal on your device 🧰 Tools for burnout, hard conversations, grief, and supporting kids 📍 Browse city-filtered public resources when you need them 🩺 In B.C., open Health Connect Registry or call 8-1-1 if you are looking for a family doctor — we do not match you to a clinic 🔔 Optional reminders — morning check-in and night wind-down ⭐ LET’S GET SUPPORT PLUS Weekly Insights: a private week-by-week look at your check-ins, boundaries, and participation. Calculated on your device. Journal text is never read. Subscriptions are handled by Google Play and can be cancelled in Play subscriptions. 🌍 LANGUAGES English · French · Spanish · Punjabi · Simplified Chinese Michif — coming soon 🔒 PRIVACY Core entries stay on the device. The resource list is bundled in the app. Optional “Near you” uses a one-time approximate location only to pick a reviewed city. Coordinates are not stored or uploaded. Built by 3Dadz in Abbotsford, B.C. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call local emergency services.
