Leon & Vera

Two AI assistants for studios, salons and spas with their own brand. Leon makes your advertising from your own photographs, prices and reviews. Vera answers every enquiry on Instagram and Facebook within seconds and books the first appointment where your booking system allows it. You decide what is published and what money is spent. WHO IT IS FOR Owners of gyms, EMS and personal training studios, yoga and Pilates studios, massage and wellness studios, hair, beauty and nail salons and aesthetic clinics. One to three sites, your own brand, your own diary. WHAT LEON DOES - Post: you photograph or film what happens at the studio today. Leon writes the words from your real prices and a real review and places your logo. One tap and the post is published on Instagram and Facebook, and if you like on your Google Business Profile and as a draft on TikTok. - An idea every day: Leon suggests what you could post today, matched to your trade and the season. - Advertise: adverts and short films from your own photographs, in your brand. Nothing is invented: every figure, price and name comes from your own facts. WHAT VERA DOES - Answers messages on Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger within seconds, in your studio's voice. - Answers the comments under your posts and adverts and good Google reviews in your name. - Offers two free times and books the first appointment into your booking system or Google Calendar where it is connected. Without a calendar she brings you the wished times. - Says in every conversation that she is an AI. - Passes you anything she should not answer: health questions, complaints, anything about existing memberships and anything she is unsure of. YOU DECIDE - No post, advert or film goes out without your yes. - Your ad budget stays in your own ad account. You set it and stop it any day. - Vera answers within the switches you set: messages, comments, reviews, one follow-up. Each can be set to drafts, and one button pauses everything. - Your figures, live: enquiries, conversations and booked first visits, per channel and per post. - Both stop at the booked appointment. From there your own booking system takes over. Leon & Vera never touches your members. WHAT YOU NEED A studio account with Leon & Vera. It is set up once on a computer at leonandvera.com; this app comes after. In the app you sign in with your studio's email address, with a code by mail, no password. Plus a Facebook page with your Instagram account. Optional: your booking system or Google Calendar, your Google Business Profile, TikTok and your own ad account. OPENLY AI Leon and Vera are AI assistants, not people. Every generated piece is marked as AI. Your customers read your studio's name, never ours. PRIVACY Your data stays yours: you can export it in the app and delete your account in the app. Privacy policy: leonandvera.com/privacy Questions: [email protected]
