Lenduh Field is the mobile app for field officers of cooperatives, lending companies and microfinance institutions that run their operations on Lenduh. Sign in with the staff account your organization gives you. There is no public sign-up: your office creates your account in the Lenduh office portal and assigns the borrowers you visit. YOUR ROUTE FOR THE DAY • See who to collect from today, what each borrower owes, and what is overdue • Search by borrower name or loan number • Track what you have collected against what is expected for the day RECORD COLLECTIONS • Post a loan payment in a few taps, right at the borrower's door • Scan the loan QR code printed by your office to open the right loan instantly • Log visits that don't end in a payment, such as not home or promised payment WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL • Payments and visits wait safely on the phone and sync when you are back online • Each payment is sent once, even if you retry, so nothing is posted twice • See anything that was rejected, fix it, and send it again CREDIT INVESTIGATIONS • Receive investigation assignments from your office • Fill in guided forms for residence, employment, income and references • Take photos of the residence, workplace and assets from the app EARNINGS • Check your commissions and compensation as your office sets them up BUILT FOR ACCOUNTABILITY • Payments and visits can carry a time and GPS stamp, as your organization requires • Your organization can register and revoke devices, so a lost phone is cut off immediately • Optional two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app Lenduh Field is a work tool for staff of organizations that subscribe to Lenduh.
