Legend Pay is the cashier-facing register for small food businesses. Open the app, sign in with your merchant ID, and start taking orders on a phone or tablet. REGISTER AND CHECKOUT - Tap-to-add menu grid with item photos and quantities - Cash, card, and card-reader payments in one checkout flow - Digital receipts by text, email, or share sheet, plus receipt printing - Open tabs and order history for the current shift PAYMENTS - Card payments through Stripe, with Stripe Terminal readers supported over Bluetooth - Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored in the app BACK OF HOUSE - Kitchen order queue and order status updates - Inventory counts and recipe-level cost tracking - Catering requests, contracts, and event prep plans - End-of-day reconciliation against cash and card totals REPORTING - Daily, weekly, and yearly sales summaries - Profit and loss by item, with cost of goods and margins HARDWARE - Bluetooth Stripe Terminal card readers - Network receipt printers over TCP Legend Pay is built for merchants running on the Legend Pay platform.
