Do you forget to drink during a busy day? Trinki works out how much water you actually need and reminds you at the right moments. Your profile and your log stay on your device. Your daily goal is calculated from your sex, weight and activity level, based on EFSA recommendations. On hot days Trinki raises the goal automatically so you stay hydrated in the heat. Reminders spread intelligently across your day instead of buzzing every hour. Trinki learns from when you usually drink and nudges you at times that fit. You set your own quiet hours, and once you reach your goal it stays quiet. Out and about, the fountain finder shows more than 22,000 public drinking fountains across Germany on the map, sourced from OpenStreetMap and official open data. What's new

New icon: the bendy straw, just like on iPhone. Below the glass count you now also see liters. Reminders come at most every 45 minutes. The map has a location button and says that fountain data mainly covers Germany. If the app stays open past midnight, the home screen now switches to the new day.
