LeaseLedger: Hunting Club App

LeaseLedger runs your hunting club, lease, or fishing club from one app: who's hunting where this morning, where the property lines are, what's on the trail cameras, and what the club has taken this season. No more dry-erase boards, spreadsheets, or group texts nobody can keep up with. THE MORNING BOARD • Claim a stand for the morning or afternoon hunt. Two people can never book the same stand. • Check in when you reach the stand and check out when you leave, so the club knows who is in the woods. • Set the day's wind and every stand shows Good wind or Wind risk. • Add club members or guests to your stand, and file a quick hunt report when you check out. • Reminders before shooting light, and rest days for stands, tracts, or marsh. WHERE SHOULD I HUNT? • One tap checks the live wind at each property and ranks your stands: good-wind stands first, then the ones with the most recent trail cam activity. • A monthly calendar rates each day using your club's own harvest history, the moon, and the forecast. MAPS AND PROPERTY LINES • Draw your tracts on satellite imagery, with acreage. • Pin stands, trail cameras, feeders, food plots, and harvests. • See neighboring parcel lines from public county records, and flag problem parcels for members. • Weather, sunrise, sunset, pressure trend, and moon phase for each property. TRAIL CAMS AND THE HIT LIST • Upload photos and videos to the camera they came from. Each one is tagged with the time, temperature, wind, and moon phase. • Species and sex are read from each photo automatically (an AI guess you can correct). • Name the animals you're after, like "Bullwinkle", tag their photos from any camera, and see how often each one shows up near each stand. HARVEST RECORDS • A permanent club record: species, weapon, weight, points and score, beard and spurs, leg bands, photos, and a map pin. • Season totals by member, species, stand, and tract. • Fishing clubs get catch logs, kept or released, and tournaments. RUN THE CLUB • Dues tracking, with members paying their share by card if the club turns it on. • Guest passes with signed waivers, club rules and votes, a to-do list with work hours, documents, and a club calendar. • A club bulletin, @mentions, and private messages, with report and block on every post. • Waterfowl tools: Flight Log, river gauges and tides, ice reports, water control logs, and club gear checkout. SAFETY AND PRIVACY • Optional Live View shares your location with your club only for the hunt you choose, and turns off on its own. • Overdue check-in alerts let the club know when someone hasn't checked out. • App Lock with Face ID or fingerprint, and the stand board and map open without a signal. • Your club's records are visible only to your club's members. We don't sell your data or show ads. HOW IT WORKS Your club's admin starts the club on leaseledgerhunt.com. Members download the app, create a free account, and join with the club's code. Club pricing is a flat rate by club size, never per member. Try it first: join the public demo club with code 555555. Questions or ideas? [email protected]
