TrackR is the coach-built macro tracker for people who want nutrition, progress tracking, and peptide or medication logs in one simple app. Track your calories, protein, carbs, and fats with a clean food diary, barcode scanning, quick add, copy meals, and AI photo meal logging. Weekly check-ins help you review your progress, see your trends, and adjust your targets with more confidence. TrackR also includes My Meds, a personal log for medications, supplements, peptides, and hormones. Log doses, view recent history, set reminder times, and keep your notes organized next to your nutrition and progress data. Optional Health Connect integration lets you track your daily steps and sleep duration in Activity, alongside your nutrition diary. Review your movement and sleep routine using the previous/next day controls. Android requests read access only to steps and sleep. You choose which of these permissions to allow, and food tracking works without connecting. Health data is not sold or used for advertising.
