League of Pumps: Rep Counter

Reps only count when you earn them. League of Pumps is an AI push-up counter and squat counter that judges every rep with your phone camera. No wearable. No tapping. No counting in your head. Valid reps earn XP, XP moves you up eight ranks, and where you land sits on the leaderboard for everyone to see. HOW THE AI REP COUNTER WORKS Prop your phone up and start a set. Real-time pose detection tracks 33 body landmarks and watches the angles that matter: shoulder to elbow to wrist on a push-up, hip to knee to ankle on a squat. A rep has to reach depth to score. Come up short, collapse your spine, or let your knees cave, and it is logged as an aborted rep. Every rep carries a form score, so two people with the same rep count do not get the same result. A PUSHUP COUNTER THAT DOES NOT LIE TO YOU Most rep counters reward speed. This pushup counter rewards depth. Half reps are rejected on the spot, which makes your push-up count and squat count worth something on a global leaderboard. EIGHT RANKS, PLASTIC TO HERCULES Plastic. Iron. Bronze. Silver. Gold. Platinum. Diamond. Hercules. Sixty thousand lifetime XP separates bottom from top. Every rank carries its own hand-drawn border. THREE WORKOUT MODES CASUAL - Train freely. Bad reps never eliminate you and scores stay off your rank. RANKED - Climb the ladder. Three strikes and the session is over. BLITZ - Max reps, no mercy. Short rounds, speed-multiplied scoring. THIRTY CHALLENGES, SIX LADDERS Not daily goals. Thirty named encounters in six five-step ladders. BOSS - One named encounter. A single unbroken set at maximum effort. End Gravelord Morvane. DUNGEON - Cleared floor by floor. Sets in a fixed rep range. RAID - A long siege. Total reps across as many sessions as it takes. TRIAL - A proving ground. Fewer reps, held to a far higher form score. EXPEDITION - Minutes under tension rather than reps on a counter. BOUNTY - Turn up, clear the set, come back. Frequency is the point. A HOME WORKOUT WITH NO EQUIPMENT No gym. No bands. No wearable. Bodyweight training and calisthenics with a phone, a floor, and room to get down and press. Hotel room, garage, or between meetings, the workout tracker keeps the streak alive. BADGES, TITLES AND BORDERS Every challenge you clear pays out a badge and an equippable title. Gravelord Slayer. Crypt Crawler. Depth Sworn. Thirty-five more badges track rep milestones, rank tiers and daily streaks, all drawn by hand. LEADERBOARDS Global and friends leaderboards, plus a board for every challenge. Add friends by username. Ties break on form score. YOUR WORKOUT ANALYTICS Muscle map, progress trend, weekly volume, consistency heatmap, streaks, personal records and lifetime totals. QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK How does the pushup counter work? Your phone camera plus on-device pose detection. It counts only the reps you finish. Does it count squats too? Yes. The squat counter runs on the same form rules. More pump work is on the way. Can beginners use it? Yes. Casual mode never eliminates you, and the first rung of every challenge ladder is built for low rep counts. Do I need an account? Train as a guest. Sign in when you want progress saved and a place on the board. LEAGUE OF PUMPS PRO Free covers push-ups, squats, all three modes, ranks up to Gold, and one challenge in each of the six ladders.
