Palo

Palo is your personal calisthenics training journal to organize workouts, track progress, and achieve your goals — designed to stay out of the way while you train. It’s built around a camera, notes, and a calendar: the simplest tools we already know how to use, reimagined specifically for calisthenics. How it works: - 🗒️ Notes: Your workout log works just like a notes app, with the option to add things like achieved goals or multimedia content. - 📹 Camera: The core of Palo. It helps capture information that’s difficult to measure with numbers. It works like your native camera, but with specific fine-tuning for calisthenics: it detects the duration of each hold and identifies the relevant moments in every video. This way, your gallery stays automatically named and organized. - 📅 Calendar: Progress isn’t always linear. Looking back helps you see the bigger picture. The calendar lets you visualize your progress and consistency, copy and share workouts, and find the days when you achieved a goal. - ↔️ Import & Export: Import and export your workouts in any format. Palo doesn’t replace a coach — it’s a tool that helps you stay on track and keep progressing, no matter which app or tool you’re coming from. - 🔓 Privacy: AI features are split between on-device and server processing. All biometric processing from the camera (such as pose detection) happens locally, and your videos and photos never leave your phone.
