Melalui aplikasi ini, customer dapat melihat daftar item, melakukan pemesanan barang, memantau status pesanan, melihat estimasi pembelian, serta mengakses riwayat transaksi secara lebih mudah melalui perangkat mobile. Fitur utama DCMS Mobile meliputi: • Daftar Item Lihat item yang tersedia beserta kategori, satuan, dan informasi harga. • Pemesanan Barang Buat PO Utama, PO Tambahan, dan PO Susulan sesuai jadwal pemesanan yang tersedia. • Estimasi Pembelian Lihat estimasi nilai pembelian berdasarkan jumlah barang yang dipesan dan harga yang berlaku. • Status Pesanan Pantau perkembangan pesanan mulai dari menunggu, diproses, hingga selesai. • Riwayat Pembelian Lihat kembali riwayat PO, detail item, jumlah barang, nilai pembelian, dan nota transaksi yang tersedia. • Notifikasi Terima informasi mengenai item baru, kebijakan, validasi pesanan, serta perubahan atau revisi pesanan. • Profil Customer Lihat informasi customer, kelola password akun, akses pusat bantuan, panduan penggunaan, kebijakan privasi, dan informasi aplikasi.
