LanternPet: Pet Health Guide Live

It's 11pm and your dog won't settle. Is this a wait-until-morning problem, or a get-in-the-car problem? LanternPet helps you answer that. Describe what you're seeing in your own words, the way you'd say it to a friend, and get a clear read on how urgently your pet needs a vet. HOW IT WORKS Tell the app what's happening. No symptom checklists, no dropdown menus. Just write what you're seeing, and add a photo if it helps. You get one of four answers: go now, book today, monitor closely, or this looks normal. Each one comes with the reasoning behind it, so you can decide what to do next. If it looks like an emergency, the app puts your emergency vet's number in front of you straight away. WHAT ELSE IS IN THE APP Health records that are actually ready for a vet visit. Vaccinations, medications, allergies, past visits and weight history in one place, exportable as a PDF. Scan vet paperwork with your camera and it gets read into records for you. Medication reminders that handle real prescriptions. Daily doses, an injection every 28 days, or a specific day of the month. A care schedule that tracks what is due: boosters, parasite prevention, wellness exams, dental checks. A toxin reference for the moment you find a chewed packet, including chocolate thresholds by weight. Nearby emergency vets when you need one, with opening hours. Share a health record with your vet through a link or a QR code. They do not need the app. FOR HOUSEHOLDS The Family plan covers up to 6 pets and lets you share access with the people who look after them. A pet sitter can be given temporary access to one animal for a set window, and it expires on its own. PLANS Free: 1 pet, 3 symptom checks a month. Individual: 2 pets, unlimited checks. Family: 6 pets, unlimited checks, household and pet sitter sharing. IMPORTANT LanternPet is not a veterinarian and does not practice veterinary medicine. It does not diagnose conditions, and it never recommends treatments or medication doses. What it does is help you judge urgency, and it is deliberately cautious about it. It does not replace a licensed vet's judgment. If you believe your pet is having an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not wait for the app.
