Full description

The QC inspector's pocket tool. AQL Pocket Inspector computes ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling plans offline, logs defects with photos, and exports a clean PDF inspection report — right from the factory floor. SAMPLING PLANS — lot size + inspection level + AQL → sample size, accept/reject numbers, instantly and offline. DEFECT LOG — photograph defects as you find them, classify critical/major/minor, add notes. PDF REPORT — one tap turns the inspection into a shareable report with photos, counts and the accept/reject verdict. FULLY OFFLINE — no account, no ads, no data collected; everything stays on your device. Built for sourcing agents, QC inspectors and small importers doing pre-shipment inspections. What's new

You can now edit a defect after saving it. • Tap any defect in an inspection to reopen it and change its severity, description, notes or photos. Changes update the same record instead of creating a duplicate, and attached photos stay with it. • Severity no longer defaults to Major — new defects start with no severity selected, so Critical, Major or Minor is always a deliberate choice. • Storage cleanup: photos from deleted defects are now released instead of being left on your device.
