Lakrion - Encrypted Messenger

Lakrion is an encrypted messenger built for people and institutions where encryption alone is not enough. Most messengers encrypt your messages. Lakrion goes further and works to protect your communication patterns, your identity and your device. Three layers of protection: ENCRYPTION • Signal Protocol with PQXDH post-quantum key exchange (ML-KEM-768 hybrid) and the Double Ratchet algorithm. • Messages, voice calls, video calls and push-to-talk are end-to-end encrypted. • Forward secrecy helps keep past messages protected even if a key is later compromised. METADATA PROTECTION • Sealed sender keeps your identity off the messages stored for delivery. • Optional cover traffic can generate artificial communication to help mask real patterns. • Connection randomization periodically renews the app's server connection at random intervals. • Optional Tor routing for messages and media, with a kill-switch that blocks them if Tor drops. • No phone number or email required: your encryption keys are generated on your device. • Messages are removed from the server once delivered, and undelivered messages expire after 24 hours by default. ATTACK SURFACE REDUCTION • Dormant Architecture (LDA) keeps calling code unloaded until a call starts and both parties consent. • Code that isn't running can't be exploited, which reduces the attack surface exposed at any given moment. • Call components are torn down when the call ends, and calling is off until you turn it on.
