Laheq Rider

Laheq Rider is the delivery partner app for riders on the Laheq network. It is built for one thing: letting you decide fast, deliver without guesswork, and see exactly what you earned. DECIDE IN ONE GLANCE Every offer shows the pay, the distance to the pickup and the total trip distance before you accept — no hidden legs, no surprises. Accept with a single swipe, or pass and keep waiting. BATCHED ROUTES MADE CLEAR When two orders share a route, you get one offer with the combined pay, the whole-route distance, the estimated total time and how far apart the pickups are. Each order carries a letter — A or B — and that same letter follows the order through the bag check, the route, the map markers and the completion screen. You never have to re-read an address to work out which bag belongs to whom. NEVER GUESS THE NEXT STOP A guided route shows your current stop and the next one, with lettered markers on the map and a progress bar that answers "how far through am I?" without reading. Every action names its stop, so "Arrived at pickup B" can never be confused with pickup A. THE RIGHT BAG, EVERY TIME Collecting is an explicit check, not a confirmation dialog. Tick each bag against its order before you leave the store, with handling notes shown next to the order they affect. Call the store or support from the same screen. EARNINGS YOU CAN VERIFY After every delivery you see the base fare, the distance pay and the customer tip broken out, plus your running total for the day. Nothing is rolled into a single number. BUILT FOR REAL ROADS - Works when the signal does not: actions are saved offline and sync automatically when you are back online. - Emergency help is one tap away and always in the same place, with your live location attached. - Going online takes one tap; going offline needs a deliberate press-and-hold, so your earnings never stop by accident in your pocket. - Full English and Arabic, with proper right-to-left layout — not a translated afterthought. - High-contrast type and large touch targets, readable in sunlight and in a handlebar mount. WHAT YOU NEED An approved Laheq rider account. Background location is required while you are online so offers can be matched to where you are, your distance pay is measured rather than estimated, and support can reach you in an emergency. Location is collected only while you are online, and is never sold. Questions or account help: [email protected]
