Kydemy QR

Our app for automated attendance tracking is specifically designed for academies and schools, simplifying the process for both students and their families. With this innovative tool, maintaining precise and real-time attendance records has never been easier. The app allows students and their families to generate a QR code through the Kydemy app. This unique code is regularly updated, ensuring high security and ease of use. Students can register their attendance in two ways: by scanning the QR code with the app or entering a personal PIN. These flexible options ensure a quick and accessible process for all users. Students can autonomously record their attendance for daily classes, promoting responsibility and punctuality while reducing administrative burden for school staff. The app includes a feature that automatically verifies the payment status of each student. Students with outstanding payments are unable to register their attendance until their situation is resolved, aiding schools in maintaining efficient financial management. Administrators have real-time access to attendance records through Kydemy. The platform displays successful and denied access attempts due to outstanding payments, enabling immediate supervision and informed decision-making. The app is designed specifically for use on tablets, offering an intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface. This facilitates implementation in classrooms and different areas of the institution. The app supports the use of multiple tablets across different classrooms or centers simultaneously. This feature is ideal for institutions with a large number of students and classes, ensuring efficient attendance management without complications. Additional Benefits: - Efficiency and time savings: automates attendance registration, significantly reducing the time spent by teaching and administrative staff. - Accuracy and reliability: minimizes human errors and ensures precise and reliable attendance records. - Transparency and control: provides administrators with a clear, real-time view of student attendance and payment status, facilitating management and decision-making. - Security and privacy: QR and PIN access methods guarantee the security and privacy of student data. Our app is the ideal solution for academies and schools looking to modernize and streamline the attendance tracking process, enhancing the experience for both students and administrative staff. With this tool, institutions can focus more on education and less on administrative tasks, promoting a more efficient and organized learning environment.
