Focus Timerは、スマートフォンに手を伸ばしてしまう時間を減らし、集中を習慣にするためのフォーカスタイマーです。 25分の集中と休憩を1セットとして、勉強や作業のリズムを作ります。集中中はスマホを置いておくことを前提にし、画面を離れたり、端末を持ち上げたりした場合は中断として扱います。ただ厳しくするだけではなく、スタミナ、復帰チケット、ログ、シェア画像によって「もう1セット続けよう」と思える仕組みを組み込んでいます。受験勉強、資格学習、読書、リモートワーク、副業、創作作業など、スマホを遠ざけてまとまった時間を作りたい場面に向いています。主な特徴: - 25分集中 + 休憩を基本にしたシンプルなフォーカスタイマー - 4セット完了後の長休憩で、無理なくサイクル化 - 集中開始にスタミナを使う、軽いゲーム感覚の継続設計 - 中断しても復帰チケットや広告救済で再開できる救済導線 - 集中中の画面離脱や端末の持ち上げ・傾きを検知する失敗判定 - 休憩完了、長休憩完了を知らせるローカル通知 - 今日、週、月ごとの集中ログ - 集中時間、成功セット、完了サイクル、失敗回数を見える化 - ログから3:4の共有画像を生成し、成果を保存・共有 Focus Timerが大切にしているのは、罰や監視の強さではなく、「スマホを置くきっかけ」と「集中を続ける手応え」です。集中できた日はログに残り、うまくいかなかった日も次に立て直す材料になります。毎日の小さな集中を、見える習慣に変えていきましょう。
