In this case, app administrator will act as a neutral mediator, facilitating communication between the sender and carrier to help them understand each other's perspectives and reach a resolution during delivery issues. Parties must adhere to the app’s policies and guidelines for dispute resolution and communication. • Enhance Security using PIN: Sender will receive an automated PIN which should be shared with the carrier once the delivery is handed over to the intended recipient or authorized person, reducing the risk of package theft or misdelivery. Funds for delivery services are only transferred to the carrier once the authorization through the PIN is completed. • Ratings: Senders and carriers can provide ratings to each other on completion of delivery which will significantly enhance the quality of service and provide valuable feedback for both parties.
