KUPHA Admin

KUPHA Admin is the internal document, correspondence and task management system of the Kuwait Pharmaceutical Association. REGISTER CORRESPONDENCE Record incoming and outgoing correspondence with serial numbers issued automatically in sequence. Attach the scan, capture the sending entity and subject, and follow every step of its history. CAPTURE AND FIND DOCUMENTS Photograph a document with your camera and its contents are read automatically, including Arabic. Search inside a scan rather than only its title, so a licence is found by what it says, not by what someone remembered to name it. TRACK EXPIRY Licences, contracts, certificates and insurance policies are tracked as their expiry dates approach, with reminders before they lapse. ASSIGN AND FOLLOW WORK Assign tasks with due dates, record progress and completion, and see what has been assigned to you, by you, and to your team. APPROVE LETTERS Review official letters on the KUPHA template and approve them with an electronic signature. FULLY BILINGUAL Arabic and English throughout, with complete right-to-left support. Access requires an account issued by the Association. This app is intended for Association staff and members and cannot be used without one.
