Kú LibRide is the easy way to get around. Enter where you are going, see what the trip will cost before you book, and follow your driver on the map until they arrive. KNOW THE FARE BEFORE YOU BOOK Choose your pickup and destination and the app shows the full fare upfront — base fare, distance, and booking fee, itemised. No surprises at the end of the trip. CAR OR BIKE, YOUR CHOICE Pick the ride that suits the trip. A car when you want comfort or you are travelling with bags, a bike when you want to get there quickly and cheaply. FIND YOUR PICKUP FAST Start typing and the app suggests addresses as you go. Turn on location and your pickup point fills in automatically — or type it yourself if you would rather not share your location. WATCH YOUR DRIVER ARRIVE Once a driver accepts, you see their name, their vehicle and plate, and their live position on the map with an updating arrival time. No more guessing whether they are close. STAY IN TOUCH Message your driver in the app, or call them, without giving out your personal number. RATE YOUR TRIP When you arrive, rate your driver, add a tip if they did a great job, and leave a comment. Every trip is saved with its receipt so you can look back at what you paid. PAY THE DRIVER DIRECTLY Fares are settled directly with your driver at the end of the trip. Kú LibRide does not take card details or process payments in the app. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND Cancellation terms are shown before you confirm, and any applicable fee is stated plainly. LOCATION Kú LibRide uses your precise location only while you are using the app, to set your pickup point, show nearby drivers, and follow your trip on the map. It is never collected in the background or when the app is closed, and you can decline the permission and enter your pickup address by hand instead.
