KuDor Business is the companion app for salons and beauty centres that work with KuDor. It gives every team member one place to start their shift, follow their bookings, and handle HR paperwork without paging through spreadsheets or chasing the manager. ATTENDANCE Clock in and out from your phone. Check-in is tied to your location so the record is accurate, and your last entry and exit times are always on the home screen. Review the last 30 days of attendance whenever you need to. YOUR BOOKINGS See what's next before your shift starts. The home screen shows your upcoming appointment, pending bookings, and how you're tracking against your booking and reward targets. Open any booking to see the client, the requested services, and the timing, then start it and mark it complete as you go. HR REQUESTS Submit and follow requests without leaving the app: • Leave requests • Permission (short absence during working hours) • Official letters — salary certificate, bank letter, experience certificate and more • Fingerprint correction when a clock-in or clock-out was missed • Loan requests • Resignation Every request keeps its status so you always know whether it is still pending, approved, or rejected. YOUR PAYSLIP A clear breakdown of what you earn: basic salary, allowances, and rewards on one side, leave deductions and loan instalments on the other, and the net figure you actually receive. Every number that goes into the total is shown, so nothing is unexplained. RAISE A CONCERN If a problem comes up with a colleague, you can send it privately to salon management from inside the app. Complaints go to management only. FOR SALON MANAGERS Managers see their team's requests and can approve or decline them, filter by request type, status or employee, and keep track of who is on shift. ARABIC AND ENGLISH The app works fully in both languages and switches from inside the app or from your device's language settings. NOTE KuDor Business is for salon owners and their staff. You need an account created by your salon to sign in — it is not a booking app for customers. Location permission is used for attendance check-in.
