Recora - Quick entries

Recora is your personal data companion. It lets you build any kind of collection, log records into it, and keep track of everything you care about — all in a clean, minimalist interface backed by your own Google Drive. Whether you are tracking books you have read, workouts completed, expenses logged, movies watched, habits formed, or anything else your life involves, Recora gives you the structure to do it your way. --- What Recora Does --- Collections are the heart of Recora. Each collection is yours to design: give it a name, define the fields that matter, and start logging. Fields support text, numbers, dates, ratings, links, checkboxes, tags, and more — so your collections are precise, not generic. Records are the entries inside a collection. Add one in seconds. Edit or review any time. Every record is yours and stored privately in your own Google Drive account — not on Recora's servers. --- Built for Privacy --- Recora stores all your data in a private, hidden folder inside your Google Drive. No account to create, no subscription required to get started. Your information never passes through Recora's servers. It belongs to you and stays with you. --- Powerful, Yet Simple --- Dashboard metrics let you see patterns at a glance. Version history lets you recover past states of your data. Automation rules trigger automatic actions when you log records. AI-powered suggestions help you define collection fields faster. CSV import lets you bring in data from spreadsheets in seconds. --- Templates to Start Fast --- Recora includes over 16 ready-made collection templates covering the most common personal tracking categories: books, fitness, finances, travel, recipes, habits, movies, goals, and more. Use one as-is or customize it completely. --- Designed to Stay Out of Your Way --- The interface is intentionally soft and minimal. No clutter. No noise. Cards in calm pastel tones, clean typography, and generous spacing make Recora easy to use every single day without fatigue. --- Key Features --- - Unlimited custom collections with custom field types - 23 field types: text, number, date, rating, checkbox, URL, phone, email, image, location, and more - Google Drive as your private backend — no servers, no subscriptions - Dashboard metrics and visual summaries per collection - AI-assisted field suggestions to speed up collection setup - Version history with the ability to restore past record states - Automation rules that act on new records automatically - CSV import for migrating your existing spreadsheets - 16+ built-in templates for instant setup - Full offline support with automatic sync when reconnected - Available in English and French Recora is built for people who want structure without complexity, and who believe personal data should stay personal.
