Kresona - Book

Kresona is your salon's own booking app. This is not a marketplace. You connect to one salon using the shop code it gives you, and from then on the app is that salon: its services, its prices, its real availability, its offers. Nothing to browse, nothing to compare, no strangers. CONNECT ONCE Sign in with your mobile number and enter the shop code from your salon's reception or card. That is the whole setup. Your salon's menu, hours and contact details load straight away. BOOK IN A FEW TAPS Pick the services you want, choose a time from the slots the salon actually has free, and confirm. Prices and durations come from the salon's own menu, so the total you see is the total they quoted. You will know right away whether your appointment is confirmed or waiting for the salon to approve it. SLOTS THAT ARE REALLY FREE Availability is worked out by the salon's system, not guessed by the app. Opening hours, holidays, breaks and appointments already in the diary are all taken into account, so a slot you can pick is a slot you can have. You can book up to a week ahead. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR VISITS Upcoming appointments and everything you have booked before, in one list. Plans changed? Cancel from the app and the chair is freed for someone else. OFFERS AND COUPONS See what your salon is running right now, and the coupon codes they have sent you personally. Tap a code to copy it, then read it out at the counter. Offers disappear when they end; your coupons stay put so you do not lose one. SEE THEIR WORK Salons can share photos of what they do. Have a look before you decide on a colour or a style. WHAT'S ON THE SHELF Browse the products your salon stocks, with prices and what is in stock. Ask about anything you like when you are in the chair. STAY IN THE LOOP Get a notification when your appointment is confirmed, or if the salon has to cancel or reschedule. No marketing spam. WHAT WE DO NOT DO No payments are taken in the app - you settle at the salon, the way you always have. Nothing is bought or ordered here. We do not sell your details, and your salon sees only what it needs to serve you. You will need a shop code from a salon that uses Kresona. If yours does not use it yet, do ask them.
