Kradoz: Co-Founders & Mentors

Kradoz helps founders and entrepreneurs find a co-founder, a mentor or a startup collaborator through business networking that starts with mutual interest. You both say yes before any chat opens, so every conversation is one you want. NO COLD MESSAGES, BY DESIGN Most business networking apps let strangers reach your inbox. Kradoz uses double opt-in matching: a chat opens only after both people say yes. That one rule keeps out cold sales pitches, recruiter spam and one-sided outreach, and no paid tier lets anyone message you without your consent. FIND A CO-FOUNDER Looking for a technical co-founder, a commercial partner or the rest of your founding team? Set the skills you need, your stage and the commitment you expect, and Kradoz shows builders who fit. Co-founder matching works better when both people want the same thing, which is exactly what mutual opt-in gives you. FIND A MENTOR, OR BECOME ONE Kradoz is also a mentorship app. Get career advice, honest feedback on your idea or a longer mentoring relationship from people who have done it before. They opt in too, so they only hear from mentees they choose. Experienced founders can give back as business mentors on their own terms. MEET INVESTORS, PARTNERS AND CLIENTS Kradoz is a professional networking app for entrepreneurs at every stage. Meet professionals in your industry, early-stage investors, business partners, freelancers, consultants and clients whose goals match yours, in your city or anywhere in the world. FIND RESEARCH COLLABORATORS PhD students, postdocs and academic researchers use Kradoz to find co-authors and research collaborators across institutions. Browse by field, method and topic, then talk to someone working next to your problem. GOALS YOU CAN SET • Building a startup: find a technical partner, a first hire or an advisor • Growing a business: meet partners, suppliers and new clients • Growing your career: get career advice from people already doing the work • Changing field: talk to people who made the same move before you HOW DOUBLE OPT-IN WORKS 1. Build your profile and pick a goal: co-founder, mentorship, a business partner, funding, career growth or research. 2. Browse relevant profiles. Every profile is complete before it appears. 3. Swipe yes on the people you want to meet. 4. When someone you chose also says yes, you match, and the chat opens. 5. Stay in control: unmatch or report anyone at any time.
