FocusDiffusion: Focus Timer

A focus timer you'll actually want to finish. Start the timer and a blurred photo slowly comes into focus while you concentrate — stop early and it stays a blur. Most focus timers just count down. FocusDiffusion gives you something to focus for. Your attention is the only thing that develops the picture, so every minute you stay present is a minute you can see. --- STAY FOCUSED Whether you're studying for an exam, doing deep work, fighting procrastination, or just trying to stay off your phone, FocusDiffusion turns a plain focus timer into a session you want to see through. - A focus timer with a pomodoro rhythm — set a length and concentrate - A photo that sharpens the longer you focus, so there's a real reason to finish - Stop early and the picture stays blurred — your focus is what brings it in FOCUS, TOGETHER FocusDiffusion isn't only for solo focus. Send a friend a photo with a hidden voice note and a short message. It won't open the moment they receive it — it only develops when they finish their own focus session. A small, kind reason for someone you care about to sit down and concentrate. - Send a photo that unlocks only when your friend completes a focus session - Hide a voice note and a message inside it - Receive photos from friends and bring them into focus yourself WAYS TO FOCUS - Solo focus — just you and the timer, pomodoro-style, for study or deep work - Daily photo — a fresh one to develop every day - Animal focus — a random friend to bring into focus when you just want to start - Send & receive — focus gifts that unlock on completion A COLLECTION THAT BUILDS Every photo you bring into focus is kept as a print in your personal collection — a quiet, growing record of the time you actually stayed present, not just another streak counter. WHO IT'S FOR Students who need a study timer or exam timer, people doing deep work or working from home, anyone managing ADHD or procrastination, and anyone who simply wants to put the phone down and concentrate.
