Soluna is a free mental health platform that offers one-to-one support, interactive self-care activities, and a moderated peer community to help young people navigate life’s challenges. It’s a safe space to check in with yourself and nurture your mental wellness, at your own pace. Who is Soluna for? Thanks to local funding, Soluna is available at no cost in California, New Jersey, and Michigan. Age eligibility and services vary by location: - California (ages 13-25): Coaching & Care Navigation - New Jersey (ages 13-18): Coaching & Counseling - Michigan (ages 13-18): Coaching & Counseling The app is available in English and Spanish, with scheduled tele-coaching in California offered in all 19 Medi-Cal languages upon request. Is Soluna actually free? Yes, Soluna is completely free for young people in eligible areas. No ads, subscriptions, or paywalls. Just flexible support in a space designed just for you. What does Soluna offer? Soluna offers one-to-one coaching and counselling, self-care activities, a moderated peer community, and more. 1:1 SUPPORT & LOCAL RESOURCES Soluna’s one-to-one support provides a nonjudgmental space for you to talk. If needed, our practitioners can also guide you to local services and emergency resources. And, you’ll always reach a real person — not a bot. Visit the Chat tab in the app to: - Get access to a team of qualified mental health practitioners - Schedule time for a chat or drop in during set hours — you choose - Explore your goals, problems, feelings, and ideas to build better days - Find mental health services and other resources in your area Chats are confidential, with limited exceptions if someone’s safety is at risk or disclosure is required by law. SELF-GUIDED ACTIVITIES Looking for ways to de-stress or reset on your own? Check out the Activities tab to explore self-guided tools, like digital mood logs and journals, to help you uncover what matters most, set meaningful goals, and build the skills to manage stress. Explore the Community tab to: - Share experiences and encouragement, or read posts from your peers in a safe space that’s carefully moderated to reduce bullying, inappropriate content, or harmful material. - Participate in weekly polls to see how others are feeling about mental health topics, or read and share unique takes on reflection questions. - Go deeper with Filter and Search options that help you find the topics you’re most interested in (like relationships, anxiety, school, body image, and more!).
