Pocket Fishing

Cast from the dock, watch the float, and bring a storm-wrecked island back to life. Pocket Fishing is a small, calm fishing game made for five minutes at a time. There's no rush and nothing to lose. Pick a spot, make a cast and see what's biting. HOW A CATCH GOES • Cast: pull back from the float and let go. Farther casts reach deeper water, and bubbles show where fish are feeding. • Read the float: a little dip is only a nibble. When the fish really takes it, strike! • Play the fish: keep it inside the green bar. Pull too hard on a heavy fish and the line snaps. FIX UP THE ISLAND A big storm wrecked the island's villages. The villagers want fish, and they pay in coins. Spend them fixing up their village, job by job: clear the jetty, mend the roofs, light the lanterns. Some jobs bring something back to the fishing. Fix the way on, and the next water opens. WATERS AND WEATHER Ponds, creeks, a deep lake with a boat to row out on, a marsh, a river. Every water has fish of its own, and every fish keeps to its depth, its weather and its time of day. Rain brings some out, fog others, and a few really only bite after dark. TACKLE Each level brings a token for a better rod, line or reel. Throw farther, land heavier fish, and dress your tackle in a rod and float you like. MADE FOR SHORT, CALM SESSIONS • No energy meters. Bait refills while the game is closed. • Nothing spoils. Fish wait in your cooler, and the villagers wait patiently. • No forced ads. Watch a short video for a few gems only if you want to. • Money buys convenience, never the fun. • A notification only when something real happens, like your bait refilling or rain rolling in.
