One piece of land, twelve moves, one city. Each move you are dealt three buildings and build the ones you can pay for, wherever you like. Schools and clinics cheer up nearby homes and make them grow, parks cheer them up too, workshops pay but make noise, and traffic builds up if you pack too much together. Every three moves something happens: a flood, an investor, a budget cut. There are always two ways out, and both cost something. At the end, a clear report: residents, happiness, food, treasury and the match's bonus goal, plus one line on what helped most and what cost most. • Three map types — river valley, coast and hills — with new land every match.
