Full description
Built in Australia, Kmlog is a mileage tracker and car logbook for people who drive for work. Keep your work kilometres organised for reimbursement, billing and business records. YOU CHOOSE WHAT TO RECORD Tap Start a trip when you begin a work journey, drive, then tap Stop trip when you arrive. Kmlog records GPS distance, route, start and end times while your trip is active. Background location keeps an active trip recording when the screen is locked or the app is not visible. It does not automatically record every journey. CLEAR TRIP AND VEHICLE RECORDS - Review your latest 10 trips on Home and find older trips by date. - Save familiar places and add stops within the recorded route. - Add a work purpose and choose kilometres or miles. - Manage multiple vehicle profiles and select a vehicle for each trip. - Keep optional odometer readings separate from GPS distance. - Use Simple mode or optional Logbook tools to suit your record-keeping needs. PDF MILEAGE REPORTS Create and share a trip image or a report for your selected date range. Review the included trips before exporting an image or PDF. Previously saved report snapshots stay unchanged. YOUR WORK, YOUR RATES Set your own allowance and vehicle-cost rates. Keep calculated amounts alongside your driving records to support reimbursement, paid travel or business expense tracking. MADE FOR WORK ON THE ROAD Designed for Australian support workers, community and aged-care staff, healthcare professionals, tradespeople, field technicians, sales representatives, real estate agents, couriers, contractors and sole traders. Also suitable for other people who need organised work-mileage records. START WITH A FREE TRIAL New users receive 14 days of full access, followed by 10 free trip starts each month. Optional KmPro subscriptions provide unlimited trip recording. Check Google Play and the app for current prices and terms. KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR RECORDS Trip data is saved on your device first and can synchronise when you sign in. Archive or delete trips, or permanently delete your account and associated data. Kmlog is a supporting record-keeping tool, not tax, legal or employment advice. It does not determine tax deductions, NDIS travel claims or reimbursement eligibility. Check the rules, agreement or policy that applies to your circumstances. Support: https://www.kmlog.au/support Privacy: https://www.kmlog.au/privacy
