Klazz

Klazz is a cloud-based school management platform used by school admins, teachers, accountants, and parents — all in one app. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH KLAZZ For School Staff & Admins: - Take attendance for students and staff, including geofenced self check-in/check-out that verifies you're on campus - Collect and track fee payments, dues, and defaulters - Manage exams, marks entry, and generate report cards - Build and view class timetables - Assign and review homework - Manage HR: staff attendance, leave, payroll, and documents - Track transport routes and vehicle locations - Handle front-office tasks: admissions enquiries, visitor gate passes, and complaints - Issue certificates and ID cards - Send announcements and notifications to parents and staff For Parents & Students: - View attendance, exam results, and report cards - Pay school fees online - Check homework and timetables - Track the school bus in real time - Receive announcements and updates from the school - Raise and follow up on complaints or requests ABOUT LOCATION ACCESS Klazz uses your device's location only when a staff member taps Self Check-In or Check-Out for attendance, at schools that have enabled campus geofencing. Location is used solely to confirm you're on campus at the time of check-in and is never used for tracking, advertising, or shared with third parties. Klazz is built for Indian schools and school chains, helping them run admissions, attendance, fees, exams, timetables, transport, HR, and parent communication from a single system.
