Whether you are preparing for a shoot, lending a kit or checking a return, see what is available, what is out and what still needs attention. BUILD A KIT FOR YOUR WORK Create your own equipment checklist or start with a camera, audio, lighting or drone template. Add item quantities, photos, notes and serial numbers. Duplicate a kit as a template and archive kits you no longer use. RECORD WHAT GOES OUT Choose the equipment being handed over, record the recipient and set a due date. Add outgoing condition notes and photos so you have a record of what left with the kit. CHECK EVERY RETURN Count items back as good, damaged or missing. Keep unchecked items separate from confirmed missing equipment. Pause a return check and pick up where you left off, with progress saved on your device. FOLLOW UP ON MISSING GEAR See which records need attention and record recovered items later. Keep the original handover and completed return counts alongside the follow-up history. FIND THE RECORD YOU NEED Browse active handovers and completed returns. Search history by kit or recipient, and filter for unresolved issues or clean returns. SHARE A CLEAR PDF REPORT Create a PDF equipment record for a handover or return. Use your device’s sharing options to send or save the report. WORK OFFLINE AND KEEP A BACKUP Your equipment records are stored on your device, so you can organize kits and check returns without an internet connection. Export a backup and import it when you need to restore your records. Backups are manual; KitTally does not automatically sync equipment records between devices.
