KiteNetTools helps you understand the Wi-Fi connection and network tools available on your Android phone. Scan your current local network, review devices that respond, test internet speed, inspect website connections, and see how much data apps on this phone have used. Explore your Wi-Fi • See your phone's Wi-Fi address, gateway, DNS servers, signal and available security details. • Scan the local network for responding devices and common services. • Add a name and mark familiar devices as known for easier review. • Enable optional periodic checks for previously unseen IP addresses. Android schedules these checks in the background, so alerts are not immediate. Check connections and websites • Run a Wi-Fi health report for Android internet validation, route, DNS, HTTPS reachability and signal. • Look up your public IP when you choose. • Resolve a domain on the selected Wi-Fi network and measure repeated TCP connection response times. • Inspect a website's HTTP status and redirects, then view its verified HTTPS certificate, covered names and expiry in a dedicated tool. • Calculate IPv4 subnet ranges and send Wake on LAN packets to devices that support them. Measure and review traffic • Run a download and upload speed test with a live meter; revisit saved results in on-device history. • See Android's per-app Wi-Fi and mobile data totals, with app icons when available. • Tap an app for a time chart and traffic breakdown. Android Usage Access is optional and needed only for these app usage views. Privacy and practical limits Your LAN scans, device notes and speed-test history are stored on your phone. Speed tests contact the Kite test service; public IP and website checks contact the named external service or destination when you start them. No account is required. Device discovery depends on what responds to phone-side probes. It cannot guarantee a complete router client list, determine whether a room is camera-free, or block another device's internet access. TCP response time is a TCP connection measurement, not ICMP ping. Usage amounts are Android's attributed totals for apps on this phone, not per-device traffic across your whole network.
