Full description
CitiHero is an AI-powered, community-driven civic engagement and local 311 complaint platform that lets you report city problems by simply taking a photo.Spotted a pothole, a broken streetlight, graffiti, or an overflowing trash bin in your city? Stop walking past it!With CitiHero, snap a photo, let the GPS location auto-detect, and watch your neighborhood community take action. Seen problems get solved. How it works: • Snap the problem — AI auto-recognizes and categorizes the street issue instantly. • Share — your neighbors rally behind it, adding comments and local support. • Track — everyone sees it pinned on the live neighborhood map until it's resolved. Why CitiHero: • One-tap reporting: GPS location, street details, and category detected automatically. • Community power: More local support means more visibility for city fixes. • Real results: Track the status of active, under review, and resolved issues with before-after photos. • Achievements and rankings: Your contributions earn points, open unique badges, and climb the leaderboard to become a neighborhood hero. • Neighborhood map: See what's happening around your street at a single glance. The silent majority isn't silent anymore. Changing your city starts with you!

What's new

Reach your municipality directly. • Send It to Your Municipality: We prepare your email — we find the authority, write the text, attach the photo and location. You send it from your own address, and the reply comes to you. • Redesigned confirmation screen: one clear next step. • The email action now sits at the top of the report detail. • "We shared it" badge: know when we post your report on X or Instagram. • Fix: "Open Email" did nothing on some devices.
