kip isn't about quitting your phone. It's about using it with more intention, and spending more of your time where it actually matters. BLOCK Block distracting apps in a single tap. Choose what pulls you in, and put a bit of friction between you and the endless scroll. INSIGHTS See your screen time, most-used apps, pick-ups, and time disconnected. Nothing to fix. Just something to notice. HOW KIP USES ACCESSIBILITY ACCESS To help you block distracting apps, kip uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when you open an app you've chosen to limit, so it can step in and gently redirect you. kip does not collect the contents of your screen, log your keystrokes, or record audio. This permission is used only to support the app-blocking feature. You choose whether to enable it, you're shown a clear explanation before you do, and you can turn it off at any time in your settings. kip is not about doing less. It's about being more present for the things that matter.
